How can I pay for the files?
You can make a direct credit card purchase or use PayPal. Either way you are guaranteed 100% satisfaction with both secure payment systems. If you prefer to send a check you can do that as well.
How do I download the files?
After you make a purchase you will receive an e-mail that will contain a link to the downloads log in page. Below the link there will be a unique username and password. You simple copy and paste your username and password into the login boxes. After you hit enter a page will open with all of your downloads. You then save the files to disk. If you are on a PC - right click on the link and a box will open up for you to chose a location to download the lessons. If you are on a MAC - control click on the link and a box will open for you to save the file to disk.
Will the files work on any computer?
Yes
What programs do I need to have on my computer to play the videos and read and print the PDF e-books.
Most computers come with a free QuickTime viewer and a free PDF e-book viewer. Some computers may have older versions of these programs and will need to be updated. You can find the free QuickTime and Acrobat programs on every page of the site.
When I try to open the PDF e-book a window pops up and says that the file cannot be decrypted.
This means that you have version 5 of the Acrobat reader. You must have download and install the free upgrade to version 6.
When I download a QuickTime video file it comes up blank.
This means that you need to turn the cookies on in your browser and you may not have version 6 of the QuicTime reader installed. You must also check to make sure that your firewall settings are not set to most sever.
