If you are already proficient with the classic pass, the cover pass will be very easy incorporate into your arsenal of card sleights. Also, if you have trouble doing the classic pass, the cover pass may be easier for you to do. This is because the cover pass is performed at a slower pace than the straight classic pass. The actions are also covered by the stationary top card. The Strike double lift is also used extensivley in the video lesson and live performances. (Ambitious card routine excerpts.)
